Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inner Guide AI website and any related pages, links, and services (the “Site”), plus any Inner Guide AI apps that link to these Terms (including “AI Affirmations” / “AI Affirm”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

The Site is operated by Inner Guide LLC (doing business as InnerGuide AI) (“Inner Guide,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent/guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms for you.

3) What we provide

Inner Guide AI builds small wellness tools and micro-apps that support reflection and emotional clarity. The Site may include descriptions of features, waitlists, links to apps, and optional content.

4) Not medical or mental health advice

The Site and any related app content is for general informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a licensed professional.

If you think you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services right away. For U.S. users, you can call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

5) Accounts, guest use, and user choices (if applicable)

Some experiences may allow you to use the product as a guest or with an account (for example, waitlist forms, app sign-in, or saved preferences). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when you choose to submit it

  • Keep your login credentials private (if you create an account)

  • Take responsibility for activity under your account

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes:

  • Trying to break, probe, or overload the Site (or any connected systems)

  • Uploading malware or harmful code

  • Scraping or copying Site content at scale without permission

  • Using the Site to harass, threaten, or violate someone’s rights

  • Using the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation

7) Your content and feedback

If you submit content (examples: messages, feedback, form entries, app reviews, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote Inner Guide products.

  • Don’t submit anything you don’t have the rights to share.

  • Don’t submit sensitive personal data in free-text fields unless you want us to receive it.

(If you prefer: we can tighten this clause so feedback can be used only for “improving the product” and not marketing.)

8) Intellectual property

The Site, branding, design, text, logos, and related materials are owned by Inner Guide or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9) Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (examples: social platforms, app stores, embedded tools). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10) Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds (only if you sell anything)

If the Site or apps offer paid features:

  • Prices and billing terms will be shown at checkout or in-app

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location

  • Refunds (if any) follow the policy shown at purchase time and any app store rules

App Store purchases: Apple/Google may control billing and refunds under their policies.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site).

12) Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Guide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any related services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Guide’s total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the specific service at issue, whichever is greater.

(Some states don’t allow certain limits. This section applies as far as your law allows.)

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Inner Guide from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

15) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and may provide a notice on the Site.

16) Termination

We may suspend or stop access to the Site if we believe you violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Site, users, or our rights. You may stop using the Site at any time.

17) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Commonwealth], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Venue: Courts located in [County, State] will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless an alternative dispute process is listed below.

Optional arbitration clause (only include if you want it):
